RETURNS
Every piece of art that is crafted in our shop is a custom one-of-a-kind piece made from locally sourced lumber and is made to order. Because of that we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. With that being said, if an item you've ordered shows up defective, please reach out to us directly using the "Contact Us" form on the bottom of our homepage and we'll do all we can to resolve the issue!
REFUNDS
If/when a return has been accepted by Waterford Woodworks the customer will receive a full refund upon the receipt of the returned product by Waterford Woodworks. In the case of an order cancellation by Waterford Woodworks, see the cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION
Waterford Woodworks reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason. If an order is cancelled you will receive an email alerting you that your order has been cancelled and the reason why. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled orders.
