Every piece of art that is crafted in our shop is a custom one-of-a-kind piece made from locally sourced lumber and is made to order. Because of that we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. With that being said, if an item you've ordered shows up defective, please reach out to us directly using the "Contact Us" form on the bottom of our homepage and we'll do all we can to resolve the issue!

​If/when a return has been accepted by Waterford Woodworks the customer will receive a full refund upon the receipt of the returned product by Waterford Woodworks. In the case of an order cancellation by Waterford Woodworks, see the cancellation policy below.

​Waterford Woodworks reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason. If an order is cancelled you will receive an email alerting you that your order has been cancelled and the reason why. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled orders.

Waterford Woodworks offers free shipping on all standard orders. Expedited shipping will incur expedited shipping expense to the customer.

Because of that it may be a few days before your order is shipped out. We make all efforts to ship out your piece as soon as possible. Most orders will ship out within 2 business days. We do our very best not to have available on our site product in which the lead time to ship is longer than 5 business days. If for any reason it will take us longer than 5 business days to ship your item, we will contact you and give you the option to maintain your order as is or cancel with a full refund.

Waterford Woodworks utilizes multiple carriers to ship your product to it's final destination. Upon your package being shipped you will receive a shipment notification email. Once your package has been shipped it is now the responsibility of the carrier and all disputes must be handled with them accordingly.
